SPARKLE has finally kicked off, and it’s working to design and produce high-quality courses and events to support local authorities in implementing their energy and ecological transition plans and strategies.
To fulfill this mission, we need your help! Take part in our survey and help us identify the necessary skills and competencies to meet these challenges. Thanks to you, we’ll be able to build the perfect capacity development programme for municipalities’ transition leaders!
This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. You can save your answers at any time and return to them later if needed.
